Prize Competition events are managed by Hunting Travel Club Limited.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to participate a Prize Competition events.

By accessing or using the service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and ability to enter prize competition events, to comply with all these Terms and Conditions and that you are not prohibited from accessing or participating in the event.

When registering for the event, all participants must send all contact details required by Hunting Travel Club Limited which will be used for the following purposes:

1. communicate purchases, numbers assigned for the prize draw
2. communicate closure of the event, dates and time of the draw;
3. to notify the Winner that they have won the prize;
4. to publish the winner’s name and city of residence on the website;
5. to comply with the Privacy Policy;
6. any other communication inert to prize competition events.

All participants are the only responsible for the correct registration of contact data. Hunting Travel Club Limited won’t, in any way, be responsible for the inability to contact any participant due to errors or inaccuracies in the contact details provided by the participants.

Participants acknowledge that Hunting Travel Club Limited may use contact details and other data, including personal data, to administer the website www.huntingtravelclub.com and conduct the event in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Participation in the event is open to all persons aged 18 and over, excluding shareholders and director of the company, their family, professional consultants or anyone else connected with the development or operation of the Website or conducting the administration of the Contest, in any way and shape.

Prize competition events are organized in compliance with the Gambling Act 2005 of the Government of Great Britain as a “Prize Competition and Free Draw”

As a condition of participating in the event, Participants must ensure that, by doing so, they do not violate the laws of their country of residence.

Hunting Travel Club Limited reserves the right to reject or disqualify participants, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that they have violated any of these terms and conditions or they have acted in a manner that is reasonably considered illegal by Hunting Travel Club Limited.

The maximum number of tickets depends on each single event; each event will indicate the maximum number of available tickets that can be purchased displayed on the relative website page.

To enter a prize competition event via website, Participants must correctly answer the question for access, provide their details by correctly filling the fields of the contact form, select number of tickets, proceed to checkout and enter details of the card payment for the purchase which will be electronically approved.

Each Participant cannot purchase more than 5 (five) tickets per event. Tickets purchased in excess will be considered invalid and refunded.

All prize competition event entries are final and no refunds will be made at any time or for any reason, except in the case of registrations submitted after the closing date or if Hunting Travel Club Limited cancels the competition.

All decisions of Hunting Travel Club Limited made in compliance with these Terms and Conditions are final.

It won’t be possible to obtain the cash equivalent of the prize and the prize cannot be sold to others or modified.

It is possible to participate in the event by post, sending a letter to Hunting Travel Club Limited specifying which event you wish to participate in, the correct answer to the question for access to the event, data of the participant as Name and Surname, date of birth, full address and postcode, email address, telephone number; copy of the valid identification document (passport/drive licence), print and state that you accept the terms and conditions and our privacy policy. All of it must be sent to Hunting Travel Club Limited, 8 Wester Row, TD106XE, Greenlaw, Scotland. Postal entries are limited to one per household per competition. You must not complete any other entry for any other person as this will result in a ban on all future entries by any method; each letter is valid to entry one free ticket for the relative competition. All letters must be submitted in the English language. Entries in languages other than English will automatically be disqualified. The participant must, in any case, have an account on the website www.huntingtravelclub.com. Letters must be received by the Monday preceding the closing date of the competition. Letters with incomplete information, incorrect answer, missing/invalid documents o received after the Monday preceding the draw day won’t be considered valid.

We are under no obligation to correspond regarding postal entries and will not do so.

Hunting Travel Club will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are not successfully completed, are lost or are delayed regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal delays, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

1. Subject of the Contract
   This contract governs participation in organized trips arranged by Hunting Travel Club Limited, with specific dates and activities as described in the programs published on the official website or through other official communications from the Organizer.
2. Booking and Payment

• A booking is only considered valid upon receipt of the initial deposit, the amount of which is specified in the trip program.
• The remaining balance must be paid by the date specified in the confirmation. Failure to make full payment by the due date will result in loss of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• The participant may withdraw from the contract with a full refund within 14 (fourteen) days of payment of the initial deposit.
• After this period, no refund, whether full or partial, will be granted for personal, medical, logistical, or force majeure reasons.
• Trips include activities and experiences linked to fixed and non-modifiable dates and cannot be transferred to other participants without written approval from Hunting Travel Club Limited.

4. Changes and Cancellations by the Organizer

• The Organizer reserves the right to modify the itinerary for operational, weather, safety, or force majeure reasons. Such modifications do not entitle the participant to any refund.
• In the event of total cancellation of the trip due to the direct responsibility of the Organizer, a full refund of the amounts paid by the participants will be issued.

5. Participant’s Obligations

• The participant is responsible for possessing valid identification documents, visas, medical certificates, or mandatory insurance required for the trip.
• Hunting Travel Club Limited shall not be held liable for the participant’s inability to take part in the trip due to missing or invalid documentation.

6. Personal Data Protection

• All personal data collected will be processed by Hunting Travel Club Limited in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), as incorporated into UK law (UK GDPR).
• Data will be used exclusively for administrative, organizational, and promotional purposes related to the trip and will not be shared with third parties.
• Participants have the right to request access to, rectification, or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting the data controller at: info@huntingtravelclub.com.

7. Acceptance of the Conditions
   By making the initial deposit, the participant confirms to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability for International Travel

• Hunting Travel Club Limited acts as an organizer and intermediary between participants and local service providers (such as guides, accommodations, transport companies). It cannot be held liable for any failure or misconduct attributable to third-party providers.
• The Organizer shall not be responsible for travel program changes caused by:
• government or customs regulations;
• border closures, wars, civil unrest, pandemics;
• weather or natural events (e.g., floods, storms, fires, earthquakes);
• strikes affecting airlines, transportation services, or local staff;
• delays or cancellations of flights, missed connections, or issues with local transport.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring their passports are valid, obtaining necessary visas, and fulfilling health or vaccination requirements for the destination country. The Organizer bears no responsibility for inability to travel due to such reasons.
• Hunting Travel Club Limited does not guarantee the complete success of all scheduled activities (e.g., hunting, fishing, excursions, wildlife sightings) if environmental or wildlife conditions prevent their execution.
• Under no circumstances shall the Organizer be liable for:
• indirect, moral, or consequential damages;
• loss of opportunities or income related to the trip;
• loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings;
• injuries resulting from carelessness, failure to follow instructions, or self-directed activities.
• The participant fully accepts the risks associated with travel in remote, isolated areas or regions with limited infrastructure and agrees to behave responsibly and in accordance with the local staff’s instructions.

9. Insurance and Participant Responsibilities
   9.1 – Hunting Activity Insurance (Mandatory)
   For trips that include hunting activities (e.g., shooting, driven hunts, game stalking, safari hunting), each participant is required to purchase, before departure, a suitable liability insurance policy covering third-party liability and damage to persons or property arising from hunting activity.
   The Organizer reserves the right to request a copy of the policy before the trip begins. Without valid insurance, participation in hunting activities will not be allowed, and no refund will be issued.
   Hunting Travel Club Limited disclaims all liability for accidents, damages, injuries, or claims directly or indirectly resulting from hunting activities.

9.2 – Medical and Travel Insurance (Optional but Strongly Recommended)
Participants are strongly advised to obtain a health and travel insurance policy valid in the destination country, covering:

• medical assistance and repatriation;
• trip cancellation;
• baggage coverage and personal liability.
  Although optional, Hunting Travel Club Limited will not be responsible for any medical expenses, early returns, hospitalizations, accidents, or disruptions resulting from the absence of such insurance.
  The participant expressly releases Hunting Travel Club Limited from all financial or legal liability arising from events that could be covered by a policy not taken out.
